Illegal Immigration.

You can’t be against illegal immigration in this country without someone eventually accusing you of racism or some other bullshit. What is laughable is that we are even having this discussion as a nation. Immigration is undeniably one of our nation’s great strengths but the proponents on this issue want to color their opponents with a very broad brush (hence the racism claim).

The key word in this discussion, debate, what have you, underlies exactly what the discussion is about ILLEGAL immigration.

And this is only fair to all the people who do immigrate to this country and do so legally going through the long and tedious process involved. Anchor babies shouldn’t be justification for someone to remain in this country if they came here illegally, it’s a loophole that needs to be closed and frankly, let’s just stop kidding ourselves that the people coming here illegally, having children aren’t fully aware of the enormous loophole in the law that this is.

Finally, here is one of the best arguments against illegal immigration I’ve heard and the rub is?

I’m not here to argue what the best solution is for immigration laws in this country. My family and I are certainly beneficiaries of having the opportunity to come to this country and embrace the American dream. However, I do know that whatever immigration policy this administration decides to implement, a non-compromising point must be that the health of the American people be protected, because if we do not protect the health of our citizens, the long-term effects could be dangerous.
